CAVE B ESTATE WINERY – Introducing Our New “2010 Cave B Unoaked Chardonnay”

Cave B has added a new white wine to it’s strong line-up, a Chardonnay that has no oak barrel aging done. This wine joins the Cave B powerful white wine line-up of: Barrel Fermented Chardonnay, Viognier, Riesling, Semillon, Saignee Rose, Blanc de Blanc Sparking Wine and Ice Wine. This new Chardonnay is all done in stainless, allowing all of those wonderful tropical fruit flavors to open up even further in your palate and taste, because it’s not masked by oak. This is a great sipping, cocktail wine, but also complements many seafood choices, salads and crackers and cheese offerings.
